Throughout this page, the words “ame”, “us,” “we,” and “our,” refer to us, AME , or our services, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words. Likewise, the words “you” and “your” refer to you, the person who is being presented with this document for your agreement.
By registering for our website as a member, you are agreeing to receive regular newsletters and marketing related emails from AME. Should you wish to be removed from our email list, you can unsubscribe or terminate your account at any time.
We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
You may pay for our services using credit card. When providing credit card information, the credit card must be your own. If the credit card does not belong to you, you must have permission from the accountholder to use their card for your transactions. Any order will be automatically calculated to include the shipping cost.
Please note, items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.
An email confirmation will be sent once payment has been received. Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In the event that you opt to cancel the order after delivery, you agree that the associated delivery charges will be deducted from your payment before making any refund by us.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Modifications and cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed. We will not accept any modification or cancellation requests after the order has been packed or shipped.

Exchange & Refunds
During 7 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. ame cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to ame. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, ame will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Also outbound shipping cost will be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 7-day period following delivery.

For domestic orders, items will be sent using standard JNE delivery services. For international orders, product will be sent through the most suitable carrier according to the size, weight and destination.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information on the carrier within 24 hours of the purchase through email or mobile message. If you don’t receive the tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
You can obtain the wholesale price by buying our product in bulk amount. The price depends on the amount you are ordering from us.
